Help for the handicapped

To our knowledge, apart from the Mandara residence retirement complex, there is no other old persons home in Thailand particularly caring for the physically handicapped foreigners.

The caring staff can accompany the handicapped retirees right up to the bathroom. The trained staff will accompany the physically handicapped seniors on excursions in the beautiful rural surroundings, to the beach or to town. It goes without saying that we pick up our handicapped persons upon their arrival at the airport (as we do for all our Pattaya pensioners) and as soon as they set foot in Thailand, the employees of the Mandara residence pensioners home take complete care of their transportation everywhere and the multilingual Swiss doctor and registered nurse of the Thai retirement complex give the relevant medical care to the pensioners.
